Sleepytime Sachet

Its amazing what power these little lavender leaves have.

Mix 5 drops of organic lavender essential oil with 1 cup of dried lavender. We added some dried hops, too, which induce relaxation.

Scoop into a muslin bag (or cheesecloth tied at the ends) and place in drawers, under your pillow or even drop into your bath for a calming, herbal “bath tea”.
