DIY Aromatherapy Foot Powder

Tea Tree Foot PowderControlling moisture and odour on feet and in shoes can be a real pain in the toe.  haha..  When I had a baby, I made my own talc-free powder with cornstarch. Talc’s fibers are smaller and more likely to get inhaled than cornstarch’s larger particles. Not to mention, cornstarch is very absorbent.

Which brings us to another great use for cornstarch in this Tea Tree + Lavender Foot Powder.  I combined the cornstarch with baking soda, another absorbent powder that absorbs odour and moisture. Tea Tree oil is anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, and Lavender flowers help promote a nicer smelling foot and shoe.
