Superfood Snack ~#NextBiteBlissBalls

I perfected these perfect balls of bliss, packed with superfoods to keep your energy up, keep your brain functioning, keep you protected with antioxidants, keep your skin glowing, keep you full and reduce your chance of grabbing for the ‘wrong’ kind of snack.  Mid day, when you are running on empty and your blood sugar is getting low, you need healthy fats and protein to build yourself back up.  Simple carbs, like muffins and bagels, do the opposite.  They might spike your blood sugar and give you the feeling of energy, but be prepared for a crash.  And then the need for a nap.

It is important to know what your next bite is going to be, ahead of time.  Meal plan, pack snacks if you are on the go, prep your meals, and always have something healthy on hand should you become hungry.  This planning is important for weight management, blood sugar regulation and energy for your day.
