New Year, New Goals…One Week at a Time

New Year, new you.  Yes? Yes! You asked, I answered. I have chopped my Holistic Nutrition Coaching Plan into smaller bites (pun intended) which are manageable if you:

  • prefer daily support (we will be in contact every day via email and/or text)
  • need to be accountable to someone because you get off track easily
  • want to learn how to build your own healthy meals as a lifestyle 
  • do not want a long-term commitment
  • want to dip your toes into a lifestyle change and see how you do

This program is a chance to go just one week at a time, learn how to build your own healthy meals, get a better grasp on what is working and what is not, and create your healthier lifestyle. On our first week, I will create a personal meal plan for you, gather all the info I need about your current health and goals, offer tools to incorporate your whole mind, body, and soul and talk about fitness.  As your personal coach, I will communicate daily with you and offer my personal support and suggestions to reach your goals
